The Clothing Tree, LLC is a seasonal children’s consignment sale that is held twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall. We are accepting your gently used fall & winter items in excellent condition for kids ages newborn-teens. Come and see what all the excitement is about!
Consignors earn 60%-70% of the selling price of their items. You set your price, tag your items, and bring them to us. We take care of the rest and you will receive a check about 1-2 weeks following the sale. You will be able to track what you are selling throughout the sale.
Would you like to shop before everyone else?Volunteer a 3-4 hour shift and you will be able to shop our pre-sale (one day before we open to the public). Be the first to shop for the best items at the greatest prices from over 100 consignors!
Our sale will be held at the Perkasie Fire Company Hall at 5th and Arch Streets in Perkasie Borough. The address is 100 North 5th Street, Perkasie, PA 18944.
Spaces are limited and will fill up quickly,so register early to reserve a spot.

I am looking forward to meeting all of you. I hope this business will bring many good things to our community. It will give us a place to consign perfectly good items that others can enjoy for great prices, you will get your portion of the proceeds quickly and clean out your closets too! Following the sale consignors may pick-up their items at the scheduled time or you may choose to leave your items and we will donate them to local organizations so they may benefit as well.
